Normally ,all sales are considered final, however, we want you to be happy with your Dilly's experience, and will allow exchanges or issue a store credit for merchandise returned in new, unused condition within 30 days from original purchase. A $10.00 minimum purchase is required to ship. All orders will be weighed and actual shipping charges applied to each order. We can ship orders world wide.
